Hi, my name is
Batul Dabhoiwala
- a textile designer from NIFT, with a multidisciplinary approach in creating meaningful and visually striking work. I specialize in print design, surface ornamentation, weave design, collection curation and concept-driven storytelling. I enjoy working with both hand-made and digital mediums, from artworks, block printing, embroidery to digital illustration, CAD weaving, and graphic design. Research, moodboarding, and trend forecasting form a strong foundation in all my projects, helping me shape designs that are intentional, relevant, and visually distinctive. I also have additional interests in photography, styling and now even web design!

Top Skills
01
I create original, story-driven print designs for apparel, home décor, accessories, and branding. My work ranges from hand-illustrated motifs to experimental concepts, quirky graphics, and trend-aligned print collections tailored to brand needs.
02
I develop innovative surface embellishment ideas using embroidery, smocking, patchwork, and mixed-media techniques. Whether it's experimental textures, conceptual art-based surfaces, or craft-inspired techniques, I create designs that add depth, storytelling, and tactile richness to products.
03
From moodboards to final silhouettes and prints, I build cohesive visual stories for collections. My process includes research, trend analysis, theme building, color palette creation, and design storytelling, resulting in collections that feel purposeful, relevant, and visually unified.
